Local TV News Websites are Awful, this is how they should look

I got rid of my cable recently because I rarely watch TV anymore. With hurricane Irene storming towards my neighborhood, I went to my local TV news website to get the latest local news. Disappointed I couldn’t find the latest news and live video on the first website, I went to each of the four local TV news websites. I was disheartened and shocked when I discovered there was no live video news on any of the websites and, worst, the latest local news were not easily accessible on some of the websites.
